At least Rob was able to finish his latest edition of Britsound before this onslaught of pain. He's been working late nights putting together a special on the Beatles in India. It's very cool and just went online. Listen in at britsound.com.
Meanwhile, Lori woke up with a burst of energy and headed to the yoga studio. They have a special on for unlimited classes for one month, so Lori's learning to do things like this

In other exciting news, Elliot got a potty today. Amazingly, he immediately knew exactly what to do with it.
We're relieved that this potty training thing looks like it's going to be a breeze.
In addition to reading on the potty, Elliot has taken up other new hobbies recently.
We found the soccer channel on TV the other day, so he's now inseparable from his soccer ball.
He's also taken up singing in the past few days. Convenient that we just happen to have a microphone hanging around the house. We're expecting his first recording contract soon.

Yeah for potties and VeggieTales tshirts! Good luck getting Rob to do yoga---I tried once with Jeff. Let's just say it did not go well ;-)
We will come and visit when you and Rob are able to do these poses. I'd pay any amount for a ticket to get to see that!!!! Tell Rob we'll know how much he misses us based on his developing yoga skills! : )
