apple picking

The kids’ school had an apple picking field trip. This is our second year. We love it! Our caravan of cars made it to the orchard down this long dirt road.

  I love how the trees grow low enough that the kids can reach the apples. We filled two big bags, and then the kids ran through the hay maze.

We made applesauce and apple crisp, but the biggest hit by far has been just plain apples!
