How was your 4th? Good, I hope!
We had an awesome time celebrating with friends. First off was a pool party with church friends.
It’s a treat to get to swim in a pool, as all of the public swimming places around here are lakes. And it was a perfect day for it!
In the evening we had a bbq with our great neighbors across the street.
We’ve been so fortunate with neighbors. On all three sides are kids close to Elliot and Sophie’s age. And all really lovely people.
And what day isn’t awesome when it involves ice cream cones?
And sparkly skirts?
America, we love you, and we are so grateful for this country!
