Finally!!!
This morning Elliot and I were fishing bugs out of the swimming pool when we heard rustling in the woods. We looked out, and there it was - a bear! Finally, I saw a real live bear out in the wild! So exciting!! It was a good distance away - about 50 yards. That's about as close as I care for. My curiosity is now satisfied. All the bears can now go far, far away, thank you.

Umm. That's terrifying. I freak when a raccoon comes by---I can't imagine what I would do if I saw a bear! Elliot loved it didn't he?
