At long last, the time has finally come for Rob to do his PhD quals. Yesterday and today he sits for 8 hours straight (apart from a lunch break), typing away furiously in response to long and mind-twisting questions that put me to sleep before I even reach the end of them.
So I'm sure he'd appreciate all your thoughts and prayers for him today. I just hope he can make it to the end of the day without collapsing. The last time he took exams he ended up in the hospital, so let's hope that doesn't happen this time!!
