Last night I made the most scrumptious dinner: Puff Pastry Salmon. If you want to impress some guests or make a special meal that looks like you slaved for hours, this is a good one. And it's so easy! Just spread a little pesto on salmon and wrap it in pastry, then bake for half an hour. Voila! (I skip the spinach - I think it gives it a weird texture.)
